3 days in teluk intan..

hhmmpphhh.. sigh.. it was juz a short 3 days in teluk intan in internal medicine posting..
i went there with a heavy heart wondering wat will i do in dat boring part of the world.. quite reluctant 2 go at first.. hhmmpphh.. but d experience totally changes me completely.. n how i’ll view things n oppurtunities in d future..

we left 4 teluk intan on tuesday, d day after raya korban’.. n of cos.. everyone taking d bus cos everyone thought dat it’s only a short stay 4 3 days.. n lazy 2 drive 2 teluk intan.. besides it’s our last posting in teluk intan.. n d best part is we got 2 spend only 4 days n 3 nites there. hmmpphh.. quite happy @ first..

i din went 4 orientation 4 d 1st day.. becos being stranded in d kolej office juz 2 wait 4 ppl 2 fetch me 2 d house dat i don have keys 2 enter it.. dats y i din went 2 report myself in med dept in teluk intan.. sigh.. leave a bad impression wif Dr R.. hhmmpphh..

being only D1OL in teluk intan med dept.. i am d lucky person 2 do oncall 4 d first day.. n i wonder will i have enough shirts 4 diz posting.. becos i only brought 3 sets of shirts 4 wards attire.. luckily i was able 2 reuse d shirts without someone notice it.. ahahhaha..
oncall 4 d 1st night was terrible.. with lots of admission.. sigh.. wonder how F handle it.. being d HO oncall on dat nite.. we of cos did help her by taking blood.. inserting branula n clerk n examine some admission.. hhmmmpphh.. dats kinda shadow HO’s jobs as being mention in our guide..

n i’m also d lucky person 2 get 2 present case during our 1st teaching with Dr L our physician.. hmmpphh.. luckily it was only ACS n quite a simple n straight forward case.. but lots of questions dat left unanswered by us.. eheheh.. of cos i’m always d noisiest in d grup.. luckily got full assessment marks with Dr L.. ehhehe… all were full 10 marks.. ehehheh.. never got dat kinda assessment marks b4..

d 2nd day was wif Dr C teaching… d Dr who has d mirror image n style as our colleague YTM.. i wonder whether they notice each other or not.. it’s so hard 2 find twins dat r not connected by placenta.. ehehhe. he should be grateful he found his set of twins.. nngggeeee..:D teaching wif Dr C was quite interesting, he is quite lenient in his requirement.. we did 1 long case n 2 short cases wif him..

D last day was of cos teaching wif Dr R, d HOD n also one of the external examiner for our pro-exam.. hhmmpphh.. he’s really good.. n thourough in his teaching n requirements.. we present a respi case with him.. but session with him was really2 beneficial.. cos we stand 4 2 hours.. n being call out 4 Dr L’s rounds when he’s having d mood 2 teach us.. hhmmpphh..

yay.. luckily i’m bck in hukm edi.. i was suppose 2 come back by bus wic depart from teluk intan @ 8pm.. but luckily, i manage 2 folo MK in his car.. wif PPD 2 prepare 4 tomoro.. n carollings.. i wonder how i would divide myself.. hhmmpphh.. if i juz have d ability of “Kage-Bunshin” like how naruto did… dat will b awesome.. hahahha.. really wana attend both session.. sigh.. i guess have 2 see how it goes 2moro then..

tHis teluk intan posting will b my last 4 diz yr.. hope fully.. kinda miss dat peaceful village.. miss d foods.. lots of tasty foods.. n of cos d leaning tower of teluk intan..

ohh.. ya.. teluk intan will b officiating it’s McD drive through tomoro.. pls do come n support who knows there might b lots of free meal n foods.. ehehehe…
